What data does this website collect?
This website is a static, informational page: it does not include any contact forms of its own, and it does not store identifiable personal data on its own servers. We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand, in aggregate and anonymously, which pages are visited most: it does not use cookies, does not identify individual visitors, and does not track you across other websites. Our hosting provider also automatically and transiently processes basic technical data (such as your IP address) needed to serve the pages, for security and performance purposes.
What happens when you contact us?
When you choose to message us on WhatsApp, by phone, by email or on Instagram, the data you share with us (such as your name, phone number, watch model or photos) is handled directly within those platforms, not through this website. WhatsApp and Instagram are services provided by Meta Platforms, Inc., and how your data is handled within them is governed by their own privacy policies.
Why do we process your data?
We use the information you share with us solely to respond to your enquiry, advise you on our watch protection services and, where applicable, manage the resulting commercial relationship (quotes, appointments, invoicing).
What is the legal basis?
Processing is based on your consent when you initiate contact with us and, where applicable, on the performance of pre-contractual or contractual measures related to the service you requested.
How long do we keep your data?
We keep your data only for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry or, if you become a client, for the duration of the commercial relationship and afterwards for the periods required by applicable tax and commercial law.
What are your rights?
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, as well as to request restriction of its processing, object to it, or exercise data portability, by writing to us at contacto@watchcare.es. When you contact us on WhatsApp or Instagram, your data may be processed by Meta Platforms, Inc. on servers located outside the European Economic Area, under the safeguards described in Meta's own privacy policy.

This website does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The analytics we use (Vercel Web Analytics) does not use cookies either. If any advertising or tracking cookie is introduced in the future, this policy will be updated and your prior consent will be requested.
